Welcome. Thank you for doing me the honor of looking through my site.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist licensed in 2 states: California and Massachusetts. I work with couples, families and individuals. Additionally, I engage in court appointed reconciliation work with families and I offer help with co-parenting. I have a special interest in, and an affinity with, working with teens. I enjoy unearthing and re-building self-esteem and self-compassion and I have been trained to untangle the insidious shame that dwells in us all. I use metaphors and humor to create a loving, learning and thriving environment. When applicable, I incorporate psychodrama in sessions.
I believe I bring a wealth of wisdom and life experience beyond my training and expertise. I have unique understanding in the areas of immigration, cultural integration and belonging. I am a native French speaker, if that is helpful for clients.
